Specialty Transformers

We manufacture and repair a wide range of dry type, water-cooled, and
oil-filled specialty transformers designed to ANSI C57 standards. Applications include
high current to 100 KA, high voltage to 25 KV, and high power to 5000 KVA.
Industrial use includes rectifiers, plating, glass melting, induction
heating, plasma, welding, and furnace.

Variable Reactors

Our unique Variable Reactors provide continuous, single or three
phase, KVAR or current control over a wide range. Applications include precise current limiting control,
reactive load power factor control, laboratory experiments, and precision inductance.

We offer custom designed AC, DC, AC+DC reactors, inductors,
swinging choke, and Common Mode chokes for high voltage, high current, high
frequency, or high power applications such as DC filter, DC link chokes,
harmonic filtering to meet IEEE 519 standards, reactive
loads, or common
mode chokes.

We offer custom designed Shunt Reactors, Fault Current Limiting
Reactors, Neutral Grounding Reactors, Harmonic Mitigating Reactors, Line /
Load Side Motor Drive Reactors for high voltage, high current, high frequency, or high
power applications.
- Air Core Reactors

We offer custom designed Air Core Inductors for high voltage, high
current, high frequency, or high power applications such as current
limiting, linear chokes, or tuning. Winding configurations include helix
wound, archimedean spiral wound (flat pancake), and multi-layer wound.
- Saturable Reactors

Custom designed Saturable Reactors for applications requiring a
wide range of current control, or short circuit withstand capability.
- Load Banks

Custom designed Load Banks for applications requiring a
wide range of power factor control, resistive loads, and reactive loads.
We offer fixed, multi-set point, and continuously variable power factor load
banks. Our custom design load banks can be designed for frequencies
ranging from DC to 1 MHz.
- Power Supplies

Custom designed power controllers, power supplies, and load banks
for applications such as AC or DC power supplies, reactive loads, and
adjustable power factor loads . Our power controllers are used where
robust, low harmonic distortion (<1%), voltage and current control is required.

Distribution Transformers

We sell and repair a wide range of liquid-filled and dry type distribution transformers designed to ANSI 57 standards. We
offer a wide range of new, reconditioned, and surplus distribution
transformers including NEMA 1, NEMA 3R, Pole Mount, and Pad Mount
transformers.
